I have a grandson who is 6 and won't hold or aim his penis when he uses the toilet
He is autistic and my daughter is running out of ideas and afraid that she will have to do this task when he is much to old to do so. Is there anybody that can give me some idea.

Have you tried putting fruit loops in the toilet and getting him to aim for them?

Yeah she tried that and all he wanted to do was stick his hand in the spray of things if you will. Thanks though that was a good answer

Teach him to sit instead of doing it standing up, nothing wrong with that.
Since there are other issues beside just "aiming"
