Then you will need to wait until the baby is born to have a DNA test done. Gestational dating is only an estimate and cannot be used in determining paternity.

If paternity is in question, why don't you need a DNA test?

Either you know who the father is, or you don't. If you know who the father is, why are you concerned about when you got pregnant?

The start of your pregnancy counter, Week 0 day 0, is usually the first day of your last period. So anytime after that. If you had sex with your partner on w1d3 and then your other partner on w2d1, then either could be the father. Sperm can stick around for a long while and fertilization can occur any place from the ends of the fallopian tubes to the uterus.

What it boils down to is that you could have gotten pregnant from any one of the encounters from w0d0 on. On top of that the due date is usually only accurate for plus or minus 2 weeks. You need to add that in as well.

If it is a paternity issue, as you said, then it will need to be resolved after birth. If it isn't a paternity issue, as you also said, but more of a "Did it happen in the car? The Dock? Or on the couch? Then it will be shrouded in mystery for all your days.

If my last cycle was May 14th an on my ultrasound I came out to be CRL 5.98 cm (12w3d) on August 27th 2013.. Somehow she has came up with a due date of 2-27-13.. ( I don't know how) When did I possibly get pregnant?

Did you mean Feb 27, 2014? If you were due 2/27/13, the child should have been born already.

You became pregnant sometime in the second half of May 2013, maybe early June. Closer than that we can't give you.
