My ribs are hurting lower at the bottom part not gas pain like ache hurt and my back little higher then mid and I feel so bad what could it be haven't pulled it or exercised or anything like that

After reading your post not exactly sure where you hurt. "Ribs lower, back higher and mid "? gall bladder? Kidney stone? Appendix? If you feel so bad, see your doctor, we can't diagnose over the Internet and your symptoms are quite vague.

It could be a kidney infection, it could be a bladder infection, it could be the flu (body aches are common with the flu), it could be a number of other things.
