I am 15 and for the past couple of days I have noticed a kind of discharge I have not been sexually active at all and my period should be in about a week I'm worried and don't really want to go to the doctor

Is it accompanied by pain?

Not really

Then I wouldn't really worry about it. IF you can't get it from your mind then see your local doctor.

Brown discharge indicates old blood. This sometimes happens at the end of a period, but can also happen any time of the month. It's usually nothing to worry about. If you are worried, see your doctor, but most times this is just part of the fun of being female. Sucks, doesn't it? ;)
