    Adoption
Can my father adopt my child? So the biological father lose his rights,he is not interested in being involved at all,I been insisting and sending pictures but he just ignores it, so I just give up and I don't want him to one day he will just show up and try to get rights just because now he wants to.

Probably not. If your father were to adopt, it would probably mean that not only the bio father, but you would have to give up your rights to the child. The only time someone can adopt a child while one parent still retains their rights is if the person adopting is a spouse or legal partner of the other parent. Your father wouldn't qualify.

It would also be difficult for anyone to adopt if the bio father doesn't agree to it. You can't force a person to be a father, but you can force him to help support your child financially.
