I was just recently arrested for another charge for agg assault with prohibited weapons while I was on probation. The charges were dismissed but I was just recently hit with a violation. I'm trying to find out how much time will I serve for it and will it be reinstated. I only have 4 more months to go

The problem with probation, is you don't really HAVE a release date.. You have a time when the underlying suspended sentence will STAY suspended.. But, if you violate BEFORE that period ends, they can make you do the ENTIRE suspended sentence, whatever it was. When you have the hearing, they'll consider ALL your behavior, and they don't NEED convictions to consider them.

Sure. It's gonna help. You'll have a hearing, and be allowed to make a statement. Tell 'em how wonderful you are. Bring letters from friends, bosses, clergymen, family and neighbors. Have 'em BE there if you can.
