What may cause my lips to go numb and light headedness?

I am feeling so weird. My lips are numb. I can't focus. What may cause this? I do not have any eye problems.

I would go to an urgent care clinic or an ER. It could just be a ear infection, but it could be something more serious. Just to be on the safe side.

See a Dr. or Dentist or vice versa. It's a toss up.
