I have a small cleaning service company with experience residential cleanign trying to get into comercial But since I do not have expirience how should I charge for cleanning a medical offices every day with 11rooms two bathrooms two doctors room and a lobby I am St Agustine área Florida would like to charge a Month.

Did they give you a list of exact requirements? Medical offices demand extreme cleanliness, and what about medical waste? What about walls, cabinets, shelves, anything unusual?
What about products/chemicals used, so that patients don't smell things they might be allergic to? I wouldn't give a quote unless you are clear on their demands.

Ask for the option to charge for just one day by the hour (you set that rate) and you will subtract 10%, without a contract. Contract flat rate to follow after review of your work and terms.

Charge by the month? No, not good. Pay monthly, yes, but charge by the actual number of days worked. Not every month will be the same.
