    Getting evicted
I live in California, we share bills, but my names not on the house! But I do have a copy of a will! He just decided he isn't in love, he loves me but we need to move out! He makes twice as much money as I do. I pay all utilities and groceries

First we need to know what state, if US.
You have only the rights of a tenant, sorry. Your children under 18 have rights if there is proof that he is the father, or if he is on their birth certificates.
You can go to Family Court and start the process for child support, and maybe he will change his mind when he realizes that he is going to be paying for their care.

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion, I've merged your post with your other thread.

If he owns the house he's entitled to evict you, but he has to do it legally. Which means giving you 60 days written notice. If you were married then the house would be the marital home and he would have to divorce you to get you out. CA doesn't recognize common law marriage. So your rights are very limited. CA recognizes palimony, so you might be able to postpone the eviction under that. But if you want to stay in the home, you will need to consult an attorney.

And what does a will have to do with anything?
