How do I Replace Fake Logs In Electric Fireplace Insert? The Insert is Made By FEBO. Do I Open The Back Panel or Remove Glass Front? This Is just The Fake Logs, Not Blower Etc. Thanks!

Mine have two small knurled nuts in the upper front corners. I have seen others with screwed in glass retainer clips.

My Insert has 6 screws 3 On each Side. Going to call to find out why I haven't received my logs yet? Hoping the Glass front is all one piece with the glass attached to the Side supports. Thanks!
