I'm 39 weeks pregnant Tuesday. I have always had a clear, light discharge. Today I have noticed it has gotten a lot thicker. Should I be worried that something is wrong or I'm not really sure what to do or think? My doctors have said I'm not dilated at all.

Could be anything. Could be your mucus plug coming down, but it could just be things preparing for the eventual birth. I wouldn't worry too much at this point.
