I did the ice and slat challenge for about more then six minutes now I have a up rising skin circle where I did it and am worried about a scare I have been soaking it warm water and it went down and looks a little better but what else should I do .I Swear I will never do a challenge again at all (DON'T DO IT AT HOME/ANYWHERE I HEARD IT LEAVES A SCAR I REGRET IT REALLY BAD ,AND ALWAYS WILL I HAVE BEEN CRYING ALL DAY IT DOESN'T HURT BUT I CAN'T BELIEVE I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO DO IT!

No way to get rid of it, it will be with you for the rest of your life. Think twice before you do anything that ends in Challenge. It usually ends up with you seriously damaging your body for the amusement of others. You're not a circus monkey are you?
