I recently found out that I am 5 1/2 weeks pregnant prior to finding out I smoked crystal meth 4 times before knowing I stopped using and been clean since I found out about my pregnancy. Will my baby test positive for crystal meth with me continuing not to use and stay clean through the rest of my pregnancy

The baby probably won't test positive, but the side effects of having crystal meth might haunt your child of the rest of it's life. Coming clean at this point was the responsible thing to do. Staying clean will be harder. When you talk to your OB for the first time I would make sure to mention the crystal meth use so that she can check for any developmental issues.
