Looking for the name of a movie where the villains were all dressed in different colors and the hero was on "trial" for something and it was run by the villains leader?

Is it maybe Five Deadly Venoms? I seem to recall one of the good guys on trial run by one of the bad guys and they all dressed in outfits that reflected their specific martial arts style which may have also been different colors.
