How do you know this person? What is your relationship to this person?

How do you know he is in a coma?

If he is in the hospital then his address and phone number will useless to you right now.

Many times when someone is incapacitated a friend or family member will check their emails, etc. Emailing will still be your best option.

This is sounding very strange. I think you may need to be ready to find out he isn't the person you thought he was?
