Cannot shorten door. Need sweep to maintain contact for weatherization. Heard of product that uses adjustable sweep but can't find anywhere. Any ideas?

If you can't cut door, try to shim hinges so it tilts door slightly. Why can't you cut the door? Metal door? If a wooden door, cut the door and raise the threshold.
