    New Electric Fireplace Insert by febo.
    New Electric Ireplace insert With remote. It Will Not Turn Off Or on When It reaches temp. It will just keep running Even though Suppose to shut of within 6 Degrees of set Temp. This Is second new Insert. Any Suggestions?

    I'd contact their customor support number in the documentation. THey can establish if there was an installation issue.. or if in fact they had a bad lot and it would need returned yet again.

    Seriously,many consumer products are rarely fully individyually tested as is significantly cheaper to ship them all and deal with exchanges or warranty repairs when there are problems. ( they may only pull one unit out of every so many off the production line to check closely) Recalls usually only happen in cases where safety is involved.

    I Did Contact Them Several Times. They sent new remote & Motherboard For First Replacement. Hired Electronic Engineer to put in motherbooard. Still Didn't work. Sent Letter to Co We Bought it from. They sent Febo A Letter. So Febo did Send Second One. But It Won't Work. The Original Insert had Broken Glass But It Did Work but was A different model Number. Called Febo & They said this model Was Improved. Trying To Find A way I can Get Info on What else to do? Frustrated! Thanks!
