My heating system does not heat the water in the cylinder in hot press.. bu tit does heat the rads..

The system is a pressure system, the centeral heating works the rads come on and get hot however the hot water in the taps are cold. The timer is set to HW/Centeral heating - but I am not getting any HW from any of the taps.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by "pressure system".
