My friend thinks she is being stalked by a very dangerous man, she is really scared that he might atually do something bad to her she knows he went to prison but she thinks he has been let out what should I do?

If she is being stalked , she really NEEDS to go to the local police station and report this. It really is a dangerous situation.

More details such as age of you and your friend and state of residence (if applicable) would be helpful. Age and location may help determine what options are available. Thinking there is a threat is justification to consult police and they could find out if this person is in prison or not. If there is any real basis to fearing this person, there should be no hesitation to, at minimum, discuss the issue with authorities.

You're eleven, tell your parents and she should tell hers if this is real and not imagined.
