So I know that you usually can tell if you are pregnant by the test or a missed period but when I have the drop in my system I don't have periods and tests come back negative. But recently I've noticed a small bump in my belly and it's hard and other symptoms such as nausea when I wake up, overly tiered and headaches. Any help? (There is a possibility that it could be because of stress but I have had unprotected sex with my fiancé about 5-6 weeks ago and 2times sense then.)

It could be stress. Take a hope pregnancy test, but I am uncertain if that would work. Might be time to visit your doctor too. I can think of a couple things that would give you a hard lump in your belly.
