Hello, on Tuesday early mrng around 5am suddenly my son's temperature was 103.6. Gave him paracetamol. No running nose or cough. After every 6 hrs it was 103 only. Today it's around 101. My question is if he has dengue fever which I doubt, does it subside with paracetamol? Should I go for the blood test?
