I had an m/c on September. I figured it was complete since my bleeding stopped and I passed my placenta. Then I had my period again this November. So does having my period again mean that I have passed all my pregnancy tissues? Help please.

It doesn't mean that you actually have dispelled all pregnancy tissue; that is what curetage is for or a D&C. I would suggest you have a check up with your doctor.
