    No. Not even close.
    Why would you think this is possible?

    An electric dryer needs a 30A-120/240V, 4-wire circuit run with #10cu wire minimum.

    Electricity doesn't work that way. What you would have is a 240 Volt 15 Amp circuit. Read Stan's post, much bigger wire needed.
