Hi. I lost my virginity about 6 days ago and for 2 days everything seemed fine. I took the birth control pill and then not recently about 3 days I had the constant urge to pee and it hurt really bad after I finished peeing. Yesterday I got vaginal infection cream and now it's even worse and burns and itches at the same time ? What may be going on? It still hurts after I pee and I still have the frequent urge to go and pee. Thank you.

Get to a clinic or your doctor for a urine test. We don't diagnose here but it actually sounds like a urinary tract infection. For that you need a script for antibiotics, what kind depends on the culture.
