Hi... I'm trying to find out the artist and song name of a rap song I heard in late December (2004). It's a male singer, and seems to be talking to those he left behind, after he died... saying things to make them feel better, how he's doing etc, if I remember right...

I lost my son 3 years ago, in an accident, and when I heard this song on the radio, it felt like it was him talking to me, and I 'really' want to find this song and hear it again...

Anyone have 'any' idea of what song this might be? I just don't know where to even begin to look, as I don't know a lot about Rap... (although I'm starting to like some of it a lot... my son loved it... )
