I did a pregnancy test last month and its positive , a week later am not feeling any symptons of pregnancy anymore , after some days am trying to wash my private part and I can see like a very little blood but up till now the blood is not coming out what can that be and have never had such experience before. It could just be pregnancy. Normally at 4 or 6 week pregnant there is no real "signs" most signs come a few month latter, but all women are different.

So have you been to the doctor and confirmed the pregnancy and started prenatal care ?
