Hi I always feel my haert burning and I drinking the eno but still not helping me and especially when the day is hot , I don't breathing proper and even laughing I can't because of that problem , my haert and my lungs . Please I need help but I don't have medical plan... I'm in Rustenburg thank you

Do you eat at regular times, or skip/miss meals? Also, try to keep track of what you ate before you felt the burning. Maybe you are suffering with acid reflux. If it is acid reflux, certain foods make it worse. I can' t eat tomatoes, celery, green peppers, drink beer or eat chocolate.
