I am on lo loestrin fe and I had protected sex two day after my last period. I have yet to start this much but I am not due for it until tomorrow the 3rd. I took a at home test yesterday and it was negative. Is there anything I should be worried about? I had some break through bleeding in the middle of the month also.

Any time you have sex, pregnancy is possible. No form of birth control is 100% effective, there are members of this site, and people all over the world, that got pregnant using not 1, not 2, but 3 forms of birth control, some more than once.

So, if you're asking if you could be pregnant, yes, you could. Based on your post you tested way too early. It's best to test at least 2 weeks after a missed period, using first morning urine. So you'll just have to wait and see.
