My puppy will be 2 weeks Monday she was doing fine until last night now she does not want to latch on mom and last night it was like she was barking. I tried to bottle feed her and she will not take it. I have 3 more puppies from the same litter and they are doing fine what could be wrong

A two week old pup would not be barking. She was probably trying to draw breath. What are you bottle feeding her? It has to be recommended formula and this can be obtained from your vet.

There are many things that can cause a newborn puppy to stop eating, illness being the major one. This is an emergency, a 2 week old puppy cannot go without food, it's a death sentence. You need to get this puppy to a vet immediately.
