    Deceased father no deed
My father passed he had a will, I went through probate I have order of summary
Administration. 100 %, the deed is still in my father name. I do not have a deed in my name. The mortgage company does not have copy of deed,(nor recorded) how can the loan be valid? How can I get a deed now?

The loan is valid because its secured by the property.

If you were the executor/administrator, you can issue a new deed from the estate to you. You just go to the county recorder of deeds and record this new deed.

If the order of summary administration closed the probate case, you may have to re-open it. Were you represented by an attorney? If so, ask the attorney why he or she neglected to have you execute a deed.
