Hi.. I feel like I am going crazy! I am married & no kids.. 4 weeks ago I missed my period & I'm regular every 28-30 days.. I have been off BC for about 6 months & we have been using condoms but he doesn't put the condom on when we start to have sex... now on day 28(2nd missed period) I had one spot of bright pink on the toilet paper followed by brown discharge for 2 days.. I've taken many pregnancy test all negative... I feel like I'm going to get my period every single day for the past month.. and I've been extremely exhausted almost every day... I have a doctor appt next week but if I'm about 4 1/2- 5 weeks pregnant I'm worried its still too soon to tell? Can a doctor tell just by a physical exam or even an ultra sound?

He will need to do a blood test to determine

I had a blood test done when I was a week late for my first missed period but it was negative : /
