Im 31 weeks pregnant, I have noticed a white discharge on my underwear when I go to the bathroom, its not a lot, but it's there, I've noticed it over the past couple days. Im also having contractions, most of the time they hurt, but sometimes they are just more uncomfortable, I have been having them for the past couple of days, I times them a couple times, they were pretty consistent, they were I believe 10 minutes apart, then I think the next day they were 8. Could this be a sign that I am going into preterm labor? Pleaseeeee help! This is my first baby! Also, I've tried taking warm baths, & deep breaths during the contractions, I also have a dr's appointment with my OB/GYN in 3 days..

What you might be feeling is something called Braxton Hicks contractions. Which is basically your body practicing for labour. It isn't something you should be worried about but they're very disconcerting, especially the first time around. Regardless a trip to the Maternity Triage might be a good idea.

With respect to your discharge et al. It is something you should talk to your doctor about at your apointtment. THey will have a better idea of what is going on.
