An abandoned 90% built house.
For apprx 10 years or so, a almost complete house, needing windows, Doors ceiling and a floor, has been left abandoned by its owner. The owner lives in a shanti town a couple of suburbs away and has since lost interest in this project. The reason for this is the house is built in a more affluent area, and was a gift to his then wife, after a lifetime of strife. She however died, at the very point where the status of the project currently stands. The man is very difficult to get hold of, and when you do, is reluctant to talk about it, nor is he apparently willing to sell it, because he has lost total interest ion the project, spiritually, mentally and financially. 2 years ago, (he city couincil had to put corrugated sheets to cover all the doors and windows, to try and stop vagrancy. The hjoiuse is built on a douinble size plot, which is inkept. By and large, it is an eye sore to the neighbors, and it de evaluates their properties net market value. There are only 4 huoses, that surrounds this property. I am now 42 years of age, have 3 kids, currently unemployed, and still I own no property as I helped raise my siblings alongside mu mother, After my father died. Can I move in, complete the outstanding building matters by hook or by crook? And after that, what will be the process?
