    Laptop bluetooth won't find any device and vice versa
    I have been facing this for the last few weeks.I am unable to

    Use the bluetooth in my laptop.I have googled everything and have failed to find a solution to the problem.I downloaded

    The official Drivers for my Dell Inspiron 3521 laptop.All is can see is the bluetooth icon in the taskbar .No device would

    Show up on searching and vice verca.Please help me .

    I have tried the following solutions:

    1.Dowloaded the driver from "http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/in/en/indhs1/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-15-3521?

    driverId=GMW8T&osCode=W764&fileId=3196316172&langu ageCode=EN&categoryId=NI"
    2.Removed the bluetooth drivers from device manager and re installed them.
    3.Checked the bluetooth option in BIOS (couldn't find it though :()
    4.searched for infamous window updates that could have caused the issue.
    Etc

    Does your bluetooth device show up in device manager? Also is there a way to turn it off / on ? When you uninstall the driver for it do you allow windows to recognize the device and install the new driver?

    Yes it does show up.When I uninstall them and let windows install the drivers itself all drivers are not installed.I have attached a snapshot.

    You have errors. Did you notice the shield on the bluetooth ? You need to install it correctly. Have you tried for a OEM package to install the driver?
