Hey guys, another movie from my childhood so maybe 20 years ago...

Not much I can remember apart from a machine used to torture one man by strapping him across it and making him believe he is covered in ants/insects and another mans arm is held across it making him see/believe it is rotting and falling apart in front of his face.

Can't remember much else, I think they were teens or early twenties and it was possibly the ol' dystopian future setting

Nearly everyone who is seeking that movie describes that scene. I knew it was available on YouTube, as I've used that clip many times to verify the questioners' memories. It doesn't last long, but it certainly made an impression!

The only other type of scene I could recall is in "Dune" (1984), when Paul undergoes a test.
