I have a 31 day cycle for my period. Iveben trying to get pregnant and I had bright red light bleeding 2days before my next period is due. I also have backpains headaches heart burn sore breast and stomach pains. Is it possible to start my period early or is this implantation bleeding?

A lot of the sterotypical symptoms of pregnancy come later in pregnancy. The symptoms you're feeling are likely psychosomatic. You're picking out things you would usually ignore because you are focused on getting pregnant. You're going to drive yourself nuts. This could be pre-period spotting and your symptoms PMS.

The surest sign is a missed period. If you don't get your period then wait two weeks and take a HPT. They are most accurate after that time. Beforehand there is a higher chance of getting a false negative.
