I got a conditional discharge for drunk and disoredely and then got arrested again for the same thing.
I am alcohol dependent and the court knew this at time of giving the conditional discharge.
Just worried what will happen.

You will likely end up in jail after your trial... I assume there were charges filed.
Did you take ANY steps at all to deal with the alcoholism? That really is upon you to do.
I am getting help with the drinking. Surely it won't lead to prison?
If you was doing this BEFORE the second arrest... it should help you. Shows you are owning up to it and trying to deal with it, rather than being forced to do it.
I wasn't before my arrest but I am now before I go court.
You are an alcoholic, not alcohol dependent. The sooner you realize this the better off you will be.Quote:

It is quite possible that they revoke your "conditional dischage" as one of the conditions was to avoid alcohol. You didn't therefore, you didn't meet the conditions of your discharge.
Not prison but some jail time is most certainly possible, your first discharge will be revoked and you will have to deal with a sentence from both first and second time
