Now, this seems to be more personal to you than legal. We don't know why it will take x amount of time to evict the woman. Only he can give you the answer to that question. They may have joint assets/bills to take care of. She may need time to find a place or money to afford one. There may be other reasons. Are children involved?

Are you certain they are having difficulties and he has asked her to leave or is he lying to you about the situation for what ever reason he may have?
