Ask Me Help Desk - Movie Titles?

So I have a couple movies where I can't remember the name and I would appreciate any help I can get!
Movie #1
It's a romantic comedy I think and at the beginning of the movie the main character, a lillte girl, is sitting down with her mom before she dies. The mom basically makes a timeline of what she should do in her life and as the movie progresses the daughter has followed it. In the time line, the mom has "plotted" about 7 relationships for her daughter, I think its 7, and the 7th one is the one she should marry. Well what happens is that the daughter is at #6 and she thinks he's the one but she also believes her mom was right about there being 7 so she kind of goes out with this 7th guy trying to make him #6 so she can marry the actual #6. That's all I actually saw of this movie and I didn't ever know the title...
Movie #2
The details on this one are REALLY hazy. It's a Halloween themed movie I think and has characters like Frankenstein, Dracula, Some other vampire character whose female, I think a with and a were-wolf are in there somewhere as well. It's not animated and I just have this vivid memory of all of the characters dancing (I think at the end) at this huge party and they're dancing to "The Monster Mash" (pretty sure that's the title "it was a mash, a monster mash" and something about a "graveyard smash")

I think movie#1 is Lucky 7 2003, staring Kimberly Williams who plays Dana on According to Jim TV series

Movie #2 may be "Monster Mash:the Movie 1995" with Countess Natasha "Nasty" Dracula

The second one sounds like "The Halloween that almost wasn't". It's about a witch who is supposed to fly over the moon every year on all hallows eve which signifies the beginning of Halloween. One year she decides not to fly and all the monsters try to convince her to fly otherwise they'll be out of a job. Finally two children convince her. At the end there is a big party but they aren't playing the monster mash, they play disco music.
