    43 inches of circumference and 1 feet length.

    circumference: 2*pi*r = 43 inches ---> r = 6.847 inches
    area = pi * r^2 = 147.275 (inches)^2
    volume = area * height = 147.275 * 12 = 1767.29 (inches)^3
    [1 feet = 12 inches]

    answer has to be in cubic feet, (1 feet)^3 = 1728 (inches)^3
    ==> cylinder in cubic feet = 1767.29/1728 = 1.02273

    Answer = 1.02273 cubic feet.
