I recently consumed a couple of bites (2) of tiramisu before realizing it contained alcohol and stopped. There is a good chance I will have an etg test tomorrow. I ate the dessert at about 10 pm and will have the test around 2:30 pm tomorrow. I am currently on probation in NY state and I don't want to go to jail because of this accident! Will I fail the test?

It depends. You might, but they should expect a small amount depending. When you take the test, make sure that you tell them you had the tiramisu.

There are a lot of deserts and food stuffs that have tiramisu. Are you certain this was one of the ones that has alcohol in it?

Yeah, It definitely had alcohol in it, after had those couple bites I got suspicious and checked the ingredient list.
