    Fan with two capacitors
I have a fan with two capacitors, one with four wires and one with three wires. The four wire capacitor appears to have two circuits or sets of contacts, one @4mf 1/2 watt 330k 250 wv.ac and the other @5mf 1/2 watt 330k 250 wv.ac with three wires coming from the switch and the last one tied to the reverse switch. The three wire capacitor ( 4 mf- u 250 w.ac) has one wire to the reverse switch and the other two are connected to the molex connector from the fan. I tested the switch and it was good, the fan runs but I have no 2nd speed. The four wire capacitor is somewhat bloated so I figured that it may be bad, but I am not sure how to test the capacitors to determine if they are good or bad. Is there an easy solution?
