How much per linear foot would it cost to install a 6" water line, buried 24", non-union workers (for reference I'm in NC)?

How about a 4" pipe?

As much as I would love to be able to help people that ask these questions it just isn't reasonable to do so...

We have no idea what materials people are using, how hard the ground is, what permits are required, etc. etc. etc.

Get three quotes from local people... only way you will know what is appropriate here!
