    Writ of execution
I live in Oklahoma the father of my son was deported to Mexico with no return in 2009. That put him behind on his child support payment, he owes me 20,000.00 and it will keep adding up. My question is 4 vehicles are under his name how can I take them for him owning me child support? What form to use and the most most quick to recover the vehicles? He will not be able to contest or show up to court.

You go back to the court that issued the support order or you go to the OK agency responsible for collecting support (most states have one). Either file with the court for a writ or ask the agency for help.

Do you have a chid support judgment? If so, in most places, you would simply get the clerk of the court which issued the support order to give you a writ of execution. Get a process server to seize these vehicles, sell them, and pay the court the proceeds. The court will then pay this to you.

As ScottGem indicated, if there is an agency which has obtained this support order for you, the agency would probably do this.
