Can a loose wire from honda 2008 crv brake switch cause brake light indicator to stay on dash

First be sure Parking Brake is all the way back.
Look on the parking brake for a switch, if you unplug an the the light goes out, it is out of adjustment or a broke switch.

Those switches are "normally open " and only çlose when the handle is pulled. If the brake releases and the car drives properly, it more likely a switch rather than a loose wire. The only way I could see a loose wire causing that would be when the hot side gets loose and falls across the cold side of the switch.
