Sounds like he has accepted his child, and loves her. As for you, the two of you only dated for 3 months, that's hardly a relationship. Sounds like he moved on, but has accepted his responsibility as a father. He doesn't have to have a relationship with you to be a dad, and it doesn't sound like he wants a relationship with you.

Your relationship wasn't strong enough to begin with to consider bringing a baby into it. Sorry but even after many years together life doesn't always go quiet to plan. It sounds like you chose to have your baby which is good for you but although he has said he will see the baby this doesn't mean you will ever be partners again. Just take things one day at a time allow the relationship to grow between your baby and her father and if he hasn't moved on yet who knows what might happen.

He loves his child and will always be a father to her, as far as you go, you messed things up by lying to him. Whether he decides to forgive you is completely up to him.
