I had unprotected sex last weekend on a Saturday. I am pretty sure I ended up getting dry but continued. I woke up the next morning to find a little blood on my underwear. I haven't bled at all since, but now its Thursday and everyday since Saturday it hurts to pee and I have frequent trips to the bathroom.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Time for a trip to the doctor.
