I have a coleman evcon furnace model DGATO75BDC that will not run the electric pilot light glows red and then goes back off runs through the cycle 3 times then just the little fan motor runs, I don't hear the gas valve click is there anything else I can check before I have to call a tech in. thanks for any help.

While the ignitor is glowing, monitor the gas valve for 24 volts. If you are getting 24 volts prior to the ignitor shutting off, you likely have a bad gas valve.

Not sure about the 24 volts but if I pull the wires from the gas valve the ignitor goes out until I hook the wires back out which makes me think I'm getting voltage to the valve

Without being able to check voltages at various places anything said would be pure guess. When it comes to repair work, guessing gets expensive.
