hi my wife went trough Anamoly test it came positive with defects saying that the child's heart is not in place and others are not in place and doctor is suggesting for abortion in 16th week.. does this test provide 100% true result

The test is an ultrasound, enabling the technician to detect abnormalities in a fetus and should be taken seriously. I would suggest another consultation with your doctor as there is absolutely no way we can advise you on this.
