I am acting in pro per. I was acting in a fiduciary capacity and spend my parents monies with their consent and approval. I need to quote cases in which the law has file in cases similar to this one.

Similar to what one? Your parents are suing you for an alleged breach of a fiduciary duty on your part?
We need to know:

• What exactly did you supposedly do?
• What state or country are you in?
• What do you need to brief? Is this
  
  • a motion for summary judgment,
  • a motion to dismiss, or
  • are you preparing for trial?
